We all have had a severely pain tooth ache. And you know how it can be so disturbful and how it can be a robber of sleep. We have to consider our tooth health in our diets, and our tooth brushing habits.

Good foods for your tooth; - Fruits, vegetables, Milk, whole grain, lean proteins, unsaturated fats. Essentially all foods rich in calcium e.g. milk are good for tooth bone strength.

Brushing teeth is done culturally in the morning, but it is being discovered that it is better to also brush you teeth just after your last meal of the day. Because during the night is when most bacteria is actively rotting the food that remained.
