Being a successful Employee doesn't measure by promotion because no matter your position in company.
Still you are Employee under the CEO or President of the company.

You can measure the success of Employees while still working they can create passive income or residual income that produce asset to them.

Employees real situation no work no pay!
When you stop working your income will also stop.

Executive Director of the company?
Manager?
Supervisor?
Still consider Employees..


When they get pay out they are happy,
But when they get the resignation letter or either by termination or retired because they meet the certain requirement of the year to served they are oblige to leave the company.
Of course their salary will stop too.
While working try to create business using your salary.. At the end of the day you have a financial freedom.

It's all about goal. Even you are a simple employee having a simple goal, when you reached that goal, you'll be considered as successful.

Me,as i know if ur in the government service they will base it in a performance rating(NPAS) New Performance Appraisal System.Applied here in the Philippines
.While in the Private Companies,No Work No Pay.
