Academic subject like
Math
Science
English

Could it be more superior any Technical Courses more on practical Application?
Why other countries hiring more Technical people compared to degree?

Partly snobbery and tradition..academia is seen as more intellectual and technical courses more practical..for people who are good with their hands, repairing things, building things for example. In countries like Germany though, technical careers are highly valued where in some countries academic ones are seen as a more refined area of learning but there is a class thing involved for example in countries like UK middle class people tend to go for the 'professions' like the law, medicine, architecture, engineering etc, while working class people would be electricians, carpenters, decorators, builders etc
