Negative thoughts are false perceptions of ourselves that point to how we are lacking. As we all fall prey to toxic thoughts they become road blocks to our natural talents and abilities. These thought tapes run on play and are deeply embedded in our thought patterns, playing and replaying without our knowledge, holding us hostage to disabling and unreal beliefs, beliefs that paralyze us from taking action, moving forward, and stop our being who we need to be to have the most from life .

How to Get Rid of Negative Thoughts

Negative thoughts are what cause tears, depression and hurt. They make people feel down and this can make them upset others. This article will show you how to expel these unwanted shadows from your mind.
Nine Steps

Get Rid of Negative Thoughts Step
1.
Think about something or someone you like. Maybe even write a list of five things that you like, and spend your time thinking about them. See How to Be Thankful.

Organise an event, such as going out with your friends to see a show. This will give you something to look forward to.

Take up a new hobby. If your town/village has a newsletter, find the latest copy and see if there are any advertisements for clubs. Alternatively you could ask your friends what hobbies they have, and see if you can join. Having a friend there at a new experience can really help.

Learn How to Be Optimistic. Life isn't all bad. Think of the good things you have in it, e.g friends, family, you go to a good school/college, etc.

Listen good music.

Meditate. This can help you learn to clear your mind of all thoughts, including negative ones.

Perform Self Hypnosis. Doing this will allow you to improve your power of concentration. You can then concentrate more easily on positive thoughts.

Groom with Positive people only. This will subconsciously do a lot favour to habituate positive thinking. Positive people give us energy and strength required to achieve tasks which grows our confidence further.

Visualization is the funnel of energy.Try it to get refreshed and it will help you change your view towards life.

By letting go instead of pushing, Ur mind opens up and stays more relaxed... dis also keeps ur mind open to receive different thoughts. In fact, it may take a little while for a newer, more positive thought to take root, especially if you have a long-standing habit with negative thinking. Have some patience as you gradually introduce your brain to more positive thinking.
