So your body is fit, but there's still that piece of your mind that isn't quite right. Bad mental hygiene creates many problems; settle things. It may be that you need to get your head on straight. It's easy to improve your mental health.

1.Develop a hobby or passion for your mind to express your emotions and joys for the mind to feel progress.

2.Feed your mind.

3.Recover old friendships, or make new true friendships to feed that part of your mind.

4.Challenge yourself once in a while.

5.Remember that, as long as you fill your mind with your personal 'mental foods,' you will experience less boredom and inner conflict.

6.Be sure to identify any issues you have such as anxiety , panic attacks or other disorders.

7.Make sure you're consuming the right vitamins and minerals everyday.

Always do exercise and eat helthy food eg fruit & vegetables to make you strong,try to drink 8 glasses of purified water everyday to keep your body and mind healthy all the time!

Sleep well and learn to control those...bad habits alcohol drugs smoking and other things that could destroy ur ability to think we'll in every decision u hv, healthy body has a healthy mind...
