Emotions are intense, volatile, unpredictable and sometimes uncontrollable. As humans, feelings are anything but easy to deal with. Emotions transcend logic when you know better and are trying to keep yourself together, and they transcend reason when your friends rally around you as advisers and sources of support. Emotions drive you to act in ways that you never thought you could. But they are also natural and they unite us as human beings who have similar experiences.

It’s not always easy to understand a feeling when it happens, especially if you think you shouldn’t feel it; but forget about should. Instead, try to pinpoint exactly what you feel—scared, frustrated, worried, ashamed, agitated, angry—and then pinpoint what might be the cause.

..Once U haV completed da Looking, the uNderstanding, the releasing of ur buried emotions, u may find u have become accustomed to being in a more intense emotional state. The exercises above will heighten your overall emotionality. If you are relatively certain you have done what can be done, make a decision to live in peace, at peace with yourself, and at peace with others... U can decide this. Avoid those situations that you know will create conflict and upsets. You cannot change others, you can only change yourself. There are times where it’s important to stand and fight. It takes a lot of wisdom to “accept the things you cannot change, and change the things you can”. Wisdom to know the difference brings peace ov mind...

Realize that it's normal to have feelings, no matter how intense and finicky, because we're all normal human beings. Don't beat yourself up for reacting to a situation a certain way, or for letting your emotions drive an action you now regret. It's all part of being human. The fact that you have emotions, ones which sometimes get out of control, makes you completely normal, even if it belies a side of you that you would rather hide. Accept that you'll be okay, you'll get through this tribulation, and everything will be better in the end. .
