I believe 99.9% that most african leaders are RULERS other than LEADERS .thats why democracy in africa is 0.00%

This topic is a no-say-type for me, I guess. It's Africa, the continent that OVER-LIVES it's ways According From what other continents do, And even make it sooo ugly to be thought about, nevertheless to be talked of.Am PROUD to be an AFRICAN, anyway.
