The most difficult things to accept when we are in the denial of the true feelings that we are happy and okay.
But the real score we're almost hopeless.

How do you manage yourself to be alright?
What is your diversionary tactic to be okay?

i manage myself by not being a coward, by being true to myself. and this can only be achieved by gathering the courage to face the rearity, accepting hw things are. you becom relieved nd free

Watching movie or listening to music. It helps a lot. Time running so fast When our eyes and ears were busy.
