The title document to be obtained by a prospective subscriber shall be a duly executed Deed of Assignment. There exists no form of encumbrance whatsoever or government acquisition on the project site. This can be independently verified from the Lands Registry Office, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos state.
The Estate is fully secured. All fees and payments as regards the property have been paid by Fullcircle Facility Management Service thereby foreclosing any incidence or interface with third parties such as family owners or “Omo-Onile”.

2) What documentations do I get after the initial deposit?
Receipt of Payment, Provisional Letter of Allocation and a Contract of Sales Agreement.
3) Can I pay a deposit and pay the balance any time within the duration of tenure?
No. You must first pay your minimum initial fee. Furthermore, you must effect the balance payment in line with mutually agreed terms of payment.
4) Can I be allotted my plot after my initial deposit?
Yes. However possession of plot in this scheme comes after the completion of payment.
5) What other payments do I make apart from the payment for the land?
- Survey fee: N200, 000.00 per plot (Subject to review)
- Legal Fee/Documentation fee: N50, 000.00 per plot (Subject to review)
- Developmental fee: N100, 000.00 per plot (Subject to review)
6) When am I expected to pay my developmental fee?
You are expected to pay your developmental fee after completion of payment for the land and before commencement of development work on your plot but after the project has been fully delivered by the developer.
7) Can I pay my developmental fee installmentally?
Yes. Depending on the terms and conditions mutually agreed with you by the company.
8) What infrastructural facilities will be provided upon the full payment?
Perimeter fencing with gate-house, earth road network and bore-hole.

Estate perimeter fencing, paved road network, location of estate management office and 24 hour security.

11) Is there group allotment?
Yes, group allotment is permissible in the case of registered co-operative societies or companies or such other associations as are permissible in the eyes of Fullcircle Group
12) Am I allowed to leave my allotted plot undeveloped for as long as I care?
No. Subscribers will be required to maintain their plot viz: clearing of plots within 12 months of receiving their letters of Allocation, failing which they stand the risk of having their plots re-allocated to Subscribers who are ready to develop while the delaying subscribers will be allocated another plot within the estate.
13) Can I commence development on my plot before I conclude payment of the developmental fee?
Yes. Subscribers are encouraged to commence development on their plots before conclusion of payment of the developmental fee.
14) If I buy a plot of land, do I need to build to your specification?
You can build to your taste but the structure must conform to the rules and regulations operational in the Estate
15) When can I visit the project site?
