Detailed here are some information for your perusal and attached also are the brochures for the estates. Our brand estates within the Ibeju Lekki area are CENTURY PARK ESTATE Phase I & Phase II and DREAM PARK ESTATE, Phase I. All located within the Ibeju Lekki LCDA.

The Phase I is a 30 Plot project known as Century Park Estate, Phase I, Eluju. Its off the KM 46, Lekki Epe Expressway and completely free from government acquisitions. Its a gazetted property within the Eluju Village excision and it's going for N4M per plot which you can spread and pay within an 12 months instalment, there is a Special promo offer on it for N2.5m.

We have Century Park Estate, Phase II, Eleko Coastal Road along the Lepia Village which is about 20 minutes away from the Lekki Free Trade Zone. It's fully gazetted and covered by the Lepia Village excision. A plot of land measuring 500 SQM is currently going for N2M outright payment on this estate while you can get half of it measuring 250 SQM for N1.8M outright. The land is totally free from any form of Lagos State Government acquisition. There is a Special promo offer on it for N1.5m

Our Dream Park Estate, Phase I, is our penny Real estate INVESTMENT project along Eleko Beach Road, Ibeju Lekki. Its about a hundred acres and located about 10-15mins away from the most popular resort center within ibeju lekki - The LaCampagne Tropicana. Its sited along the coastal road that will be connecting Lagos and other parts of Nigeria - Ogun and Ondo States.

Dream Park Estate has not fully been introduced into the market as this is just a first call to INVESTORS that wants to partner with our noble organization in order to reap a High Return on Investment (HROI) in the nearest future. To this regards, a mini plot on this estate is currently going for N500, 000 while the full plot is for N750, 000. A few years ago, about 1999, one plot of land in Lekki Phase I was going for N500, 000 per plot. Today, same plot of land is worth at least N50M to N100M and above depending on how lucky you could get to find a desperate sellers or father Christmas who want to give it away.

A certain family came to Ajah neighborhood over 12 years ago when land in Thomas Estate (along the road) was selling for less than N100,000.00. Their business was doing very well and they even had three cars for use within the family. They could afford to buy several properties at the time but they did not think it was necessary at the time.
The place was relatively bushy and lonely at the time so they never gave the several offers made to them by the Omo-Oniles at the time a second thought. Today, a plot within the same Thomas Estate sells for over N25m. When they eventually bought a plot in the Oluwatedo area in 2011, they paid over N10m with “abeg sir”.
