Position: VAS Marketing & Strategy Director

Job description

1、 The ability to understand and translate business requirements into infrastructure service developments and improvements;
2、 An experienced solution designer, familiar with telecom operator service and mobile internet service status and trend;
3、 Has effective and direct communications with global Operator’s C-Level management like CEO, CMO, CTO etc
4、 Experience in creating Executive Presentations;
5、 Has wide connections and influence to the industry partners;
6、 Effectively manage third party relationships to help build and deliver technical, service and solution innovations.
7、 Contributing to the innovation of mobile internet digital services in the WA region.
8、 Creating and maintaining financial and budget plans.
9、 Experience within the Telecommunications market and service delivery industry.
10、 Must be result oriented and ambitious and able to communicate across all levels of management.

Desired Skills and Experience

1、 An experienced solution designer, familiar with telecom operator service and mobile internet service status and trend;
2、 Has effective and direct communications with global Operator’s C-Level management like CEO, CMO, CTO etc
3、 Effectively manage third party relationships to help build and deliver technical, service and solution innovations.
4、 Minimum 8+ years of solution, project, and or change management of successfully delivery in support of sales and marketing;
5、 Business process design experience and implementation;
6、 Ability to work in a multi- dimensional team with strong communication (verbal and written) and inter-personal skills;
7、 Industrial working experience is preferred.

Position: Senior AMI Solution Sales Manager

Job description

The Enterprise Business ICT Product Sales Manager will provide customized solution and consultation service to power grid customers based on Huawei market development, including market analysis, service planning and forecast, research and evaluation of business models, operation consultation, economic analysis and business plan development, etc.; In charge of integration projects within the ICT solution design / partner selection / partner certification / integration of project delivery,  and all other ICT integration projects, the person will be responsible for project success and profitability; Will act as the main interface on Huawei accounts (mainly power grid customers) and local system integration partner for all technical and commercial proposals; Present Huawei ICT solution to customers of power grid, especially the high level customers such as Chairman, MD/CEO and ED;

Follow the trends in the power grid ICT field and establish industry analysis models;

Desired Skills and Experience

8+ years experience in power grid sector; have the good relationship with different power grid companies. Familiar with common ICT technologies such as the challenge. requirements and trend in power grid Familiar with new technologies such as machine to machine and cloud computing, big data. Have the good capability to customize huawei smart grid solution according to the end users’ requirements. Strong result-orientation, interpersonal understanding and communication ability and teamwork awareness;

Excellent management, presentation and communication skills in English;
