Job description
Prospect and close business to achieve annual sales goals
Develop and maintain channel partner relationships.
Develop and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual forecast
Work with Marketing to develop a go to market plan
Provide strategic direction, based on your market experiences, to the different Solutions Practices within the establishment
Provide sales support to account management team
Coordinate with a team of Solution Specialists, Inside Sales, Marketing and Delivery associates to lead all sales and service activity in a defined geographical area to implement the growth strategy
Represent the company to senior client leadership levels
Develop a strong understanding of the establishment operations and finance to ensure a holistic view of the business
Desired Skills and Experience
Have a minimum of 4 years of comprehensive client interaction experience
Winning candidate will have a proven track record of business achievement within a multi-stakeholder environment in addition to a solid background in implementing growth strategies as well as in developing business and/or sales growth plans
Possess a collaborative leadership style is an effective relationship builder with both internal and external customers
Have excellent organizational skills, excellent oral and verbal communication skills be detail-oriented, and have the ability to plan and execute strategies efficiently and productively
Software knowledge a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
