Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with key 3rd party partners who distribute the company products.
Support VP of Business Development on deal negotiation, across a variety of digital content initiatives
Develop and execute strategies to increase monetization across the company ecosystem.
Collaborate with various sales departments on new initiatives across original content, licensing and distribution.
Some analysis and reporting to support key initiatives across the company.
Develop new models or opportunities for monetization across the company landscape.
Support strategic initiatives across the business development group.

Qualifications:

3+ years of business development experience.
Proven relationship management and business development skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong execution/delivery orientation with “hands-on” experience managing large scale and complex projects.
Makes decisions that balance a variety of factors (e.g. cost, risk, short-term vs. long-term impact) to achieve an optimal outcome.
Highly strategic and capable of driving internal stakeholders to a consensus on important issues.
Ability to work with a fast-paced, rapidly changing, highly ambitious – and ambiguous – start-up environment.
