Customer Fulfillment Officers (4 Positions: location, Lagos)Provides Order Processing, Fulfillment and Delivery services by ensuring prompt and accurate distribution of ordered products to Gloo.ng’s customers in accordance with customer demand and the requirements of the assigned routes.
Provides courteous, timely and accurate deliveries to Gloo.ng’s customers.
Responsible for picking and packing for shipment; prepares cases; labels packages; loads and unloads delivery vans/bikes; and replenishes stock on shelves; all in keeping with prescribed processes
Verifies accuracy of outgoing shipments.
Prepares receipts for products delivered to Gloo.ng’s customers.
Delivers customers’ orders to their nominated delivery addresses.
Maintains delivery vehicle in proper working condition.
Maintains accurate process log books and reports.
Trains newly hired Fulfillment Officers in procedures, routing, etc.
Performs any other duties as may be required to ensure a safe and efficient delivery operation. QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of OND, HND or University Degree or equivalent.
Very strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Very strong customer service skills are required.
Flexibility of work hours is required
Basic computer skills are required
Valid driver’s license and good driving record is a very strong advantage.2.) Sourcing Analysts (3 Positions: location, Lagos)Develop and implement strategic plans for vendors.
Prospect for and sign-up new sources for products and merchandise, as well as develop sourcing strategies for increasing business.
Participate in negotiations with vendors, suppliers, 3rd Party Sellers and Marketplace merchants.
Manage relationships with all supply sources, prepare strategic relationships and observe performance of all activities.
Develop and evaluate all RFI and RFPs as well as maintain and execute SLAs.
Maintain costs and prepare estimates for all costing and pricing goals.
Maintain knowledge on various market trends and recommend sourcing strategies for the company.
Ensure compliance to all quality standards for products.
Administer all performance metrics such as delivery time, price scanning and price variance.
Manage Low Stock Reports and Re-Order Levels.
Coordinate with Head, Sourcing to ensure products availability at all times.
Analyze ERP (SAP) system and develop improvement plans to ensure better management of sources.
Qualification:Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across different business units.
Demonstrated ability to take data from multiple sources/formats and categorize and synthesize, in order to identify patterns and opportunities around sourcing, pricing strategies, etc.
Prior sourcing/procurement work experience in a reputable ecommerce company in Nigeria will be a clear advantage.
Understanding of Sourcing Processes including RFP’s, eSourcing events and Spend Analytics
Market knowledge of a variety of direct material and/or [industrial] spend categories
Self-starter capable of working independently

Routinely update the site with information about our products/services, pricing, company news, promotions and new products
Maintain consistency of company branding and messages on the website and digital marketing assets
Monitor quality of visual and written content on website and social media and online marketing platforms
Design promotional online retail merchandising materials
Use knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, packaging, and informative / instructional material
Creates brand awareness through the use of web, print and social media
Routinely update and maintenance of web presence through the company’s social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and LinkedIn.
Create advertising materials such as direct mail pieces, semi-permanent merchandising, ads, and sales collateral that will correctly represent the brand
Designs promotional pieces with consistency and on-point marketing message
Utilize graphic layouts to consistently represent the company’s brand and offerings
Responsible for presenting new creative and design ideas/concepts.
Work with the needs of internal clients in creation of corporate identity, events, branding, sales and corporate marketing material fulfillment
Manipulate/update digital photos for web use
Assists with the production and proofing of all materials
Creates copy and technical detail for all products
Optimizes websites for search engine marketing and paid-per-click advertising campaigns
Empower associates with professional and user friendly graphic tools.
Ensure synergies between campaign messages and designs.
QUALIFICATIONSProficient use of Adobe Design Suite, HTML, CSS, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, Microsoft Word & Excel
Possess strong sense of concept development, in addition to communication, research, problem-solving and presentation skills
Able to collaborate with teams to plan, analyze, organize and execute assigned projects
Outstanding web graphic design skills
Previous experience with a content management system preferred
Knowledge of Javascript and PHP is preferred
Solid understanding of web design best practices pertaining to e-commerce including defining site objectives, understanding target-audience goals and driving conversions and user acquisition
Pro-active self-starter and independent thinker with ability to be creative, flexible, and detail-oriented under daily deadlines with multiple projects
Remains abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills required

4.) SysNet Administrator (1 Position: location, Lagos)Infrastructure setup, installation, maintenance and management of technology platforms.
Provide end user support to all Glootians and remote users.
Provide infrastructure, Systems and Support to Helpdesk.
Responsible for Disaster Recovery setup, Maintenance and management.
Responsible for Business Continuity Management;
Vendor management on the IT hardware, Software and Licenses;
Administration of Productivity Applications
Setup and support network, firewall, switches and VPN;
Maintain ISO 270001 and SAS 70 audits;
Avaya telephony support experience.
Some Linux experience
Setup and maintain network, hosting services, cloud services, firewall and VPNs
Formulate, maintain and design systems & server infrastructure
Provide leadership on all systems and network administration implementation projects
Develop efficient strategies for systems and network administration
Develop policy and procedures for systems & network administration tasks.
Assess and develop long-term strategic goals for development, staging and management of production systems & networks.
Provide documentation for all systems and network administration.
Responsible for systems & network infrastructure.
Monitor & maintain internet/intranet, firewalls, anti-virus systems, & applications
Perform security scans to audit security posture of enterprise network infrastructure.
Assist to create enterprise security policies, systems & plans.
Research & recommend security related network enhancements & test vulnerability
Ensure Integrity of data and data processing on applications.
Ensures a high level of security around customer support and call center applications and systems.

5.) HR/Admin Manager (1 Position: location, Lagos)Recruitment and Selection
Orientation of new members of staff
Training and development of staff
Performance management & administration
Supervises the human resource of the organization
Compensation and benefits of members of staff
Conflict resolution
Health and safety issues
Leave administration
Oversees and ensures that the office administrative and management functions of the organization is effectively performed
Supervises and monitors work force, including determining workloads and schedules, evaluating staff performance, providing training and making hiring, promotion and disciplinary recommendations.
Recommending and administering service levels and enhancements;
Monitors and tracks expenditures, ensuring the department remain within approved budget allocations.

Head, Abuja Fulfilment Center (1 Position: location, Abuja)Responsible for inbound and outbound operations.This will include maintaining benchmark levels of safety, efficiency, quality, productivity, continuous improvement within the building and throughout the supply chain, and the hiring and development of team members. This leader will be hands-on in a start-up operation and will build and maintain relationships with the Abuja FC employees, managers, partners, vendors, merchants, other FC teams and various departments and leadership of the company. This person will be someone who likes change and enjoys getting into the details to drive improvements every single day. If you are looking for an 8-5 job, this is not for you.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/CORE ACCOUNTABILITIESBuilding the initial teams, establishing procedures, metrics and processes

QUALIFICATIONS1st degree or equivalent additional experience
4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations (prefer retail/e-commerce experience). Previous experience as branch manager in a retail food chain or supermarket chain in Nigeria will be a very clear advantage
Proven ability to effectively motivate, develop, and manage 25+ employees.
At least 3 years of management experience in Receiving, Inventory Control, and/or Order Fulfillment
Experience with building or improving inventory management, order management, and warehouse management systems and processes
Excitement for working in a start-up environment with relatively high level of ambiguity and change
Strong project management and continuous improvement skills
Metrics driven mindset
