Job Title: Finance & Admin Manager
Administration, Secretarial, Finance, Accounting, Audit
Prepare and report Monthly and Yearly - End Accounts
Assist COO in the preparation of the Company’s Financial Budget and Forecasting
Reconcile and Analyse Accounts
Ensure proper implementation of company’s financial policies
Manage Transactions with Suppliers on credit Levels
Keep history/record of Transactions between Agency and clients; Agency and Suppliers
Conversant with costing and Management Account
Ensure daily maintenance and submission of cash book summary
Prepare staff monthly Payroll, remit pension and Payee.
Oversee administrative functions of the Company.
Ensure daily postings of all financial transactions into the General ledger
Required Qualifications and Skills
B.Sc , HND Accounting
Ability to use Accounting Software Packages in addition to Microsoft Office tools
A professional Accounting Qualification, ICAN, ACA or ACCA
Minimum of 5 years’ Experience on the job at a Managerial level
Effective Communications Skills
Good interpersonal and Managerial Skills
Age: 30 – 37 years
