Qraftmedia Limited is in need of a suitable candidate for this position
Prospect for potential new clients.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
Make Cold call as appropriate within our market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Plan and execute marketing and branding objectives for our company and our clients
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Expand product solutions and offerings.
Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
Initiate market and trends research and studies and analyze findings.
Recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Work with Creative Director and other team members to Design print ads and publications.
Ensure brand messages are archived and followed consistently except when needed to be changed.
Gather and analyze customer insight.
Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
Engage consumers on social media.
Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
Engage other organizations within the community.
Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position our clients and our company as innovators and leaders.
Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.
Engage, train and support staff when required or necessary
Participates in the new business and other efforts as directed.
Executes duties and assignments as directed in compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives.
Must be Female not over 35 years
Good verbal and written communication skills
