KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Ability to share views, challenge status quo,
promote discussion, and generally comfortable
with contributing from a strategic level down to
‘machine shop floor’ issues.
· Track Record of mentoring and coaching.
· Strong leadership.
. Good presenter, communicator and ability to
delegate
. Lead the attraction, deployment, development,
motivation and retention of Business Development
and Sales/Marketing talent.
. Deliver resourcing, performance management,
talent development, succession planning and
competency assurance targets
. Consistent growth in leadership capability,
evidenced through 360 degree feedback and IDP
actions closed out.
ROLE
. Achieve 100% of company’s turnover target,
through the achievement of company’s Sales
target as contained in PriVida’s Business Plan
. Achieve a minimum of 20% growth index on a
yearly basis on turnover.
. 100% annual customer retention and 20%
addition to customer base
. Achieve a minimum of _% market share, with an
increase of 5% annually
· Establish and maintain a consistent corporate
image throughout all product lines, promotional
materials, and events.
· Lead sales forecasting activities and set
performance goals aligned with corporate revenue
goals/targets.
· Foster attraction, development, motivation and
retention of Sales and Marketing talent across the
company.
· Participate in trade association meetings to
promote company’s products and services
· Lead customer relationship and other partners’
meetings to foster/sustain effective relationship
with clients, customers and stakeholders
· Report Sales and Marketing achievement
against targets, especially actual sales volume,
potential sales, and areas of proposed client base
expansion.
· Oversee company’s Tendering activities and
pricing strategy consistent with overall corporate
goals/objectives.· Manage all Business
Development activities to facilitate market entry
and growth of PriVida products and services in
the countries of operation
· Recommend product positioning, packaging, and
pricing strategy to earn the highest possible long-
term market share.
· Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market
share in relation to pre-set standards and industry
and economic trends.
· Implement actions to guarantee/sustain the
