Job Description :
The Office Operations Personnel is responsible for the general running and functioning of our business offices where we interface with customers and all aspects of the business operations are carried out. Specific roles in the office will include: Customer Service, Accounts, ICT, Purchase & Supply Management, Marketing and Expansion, documentation and record sorting/keeping, data entry and front desk.
When need arises, all staff of the company may be required to make presentations about the company and its products.

Qualification
A good Degree/HND or Diploma in any discipline. Relevant experience will be of added advantage.

The person should have the following skills
Good communication skills and fluent command of English (written and spoken)
Ability to multi-task and perform well on various office responsibilities including document, office and equipment management
Should be able to pay attention to details, take instructions from superiors and work well in a team
Good inter-personal skills and friendly customer outlook
Strategic thinking and ability to make innovative contributions to existing business structures
Good computer skills and ability to use custom applications
Should be a fast learner and willing to adapt to changing work structures
Ability to work under pressure and manage crises
Ability to prospect, forecast and break into new markets
Ability to design and carry out market research and generate insights from surveys
Good leadership and management skills
Honest, trustworthy and dependable.
Any skill in this areas will be of added advantage
Accounting and financial recording
Graphics design
Power point presentations
Strategic thinking.
