Meet and manage recruitment targets for the organization, mapping and documenting of all processes related to the recruitment function.
Understand staffing needs, job specifications, qualifications and skills.
Assist in providing recruitment services for Trojan Estates Limited (drafting and documenting of job requirements and descriptions as approved, sourcing and short-listing of CVs, invitation for interviews, preparation of offer letters etc.)
Communicating employment status to all applied candidates.
Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
Assist in coordinating induction program for new hires.
Assist in performance management activities (i.e. performance planning/target setting, performance monitoring and annual performance appraisals).
Working closely with departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedure.
Implements human resources processes by including, manpower planning, training and development, succession planning, mentorship and coaching, employment processing, employee relations and retention.
Assist in identify training needs from the post-appraisal outcomes and develop training interventions (implant and off-site) on an annual basis.
Monitor training vendors to ensure that training interventions meet pre-defined objectives and standards.
Analysis of competencies, identifying competency gaps and conducting skills audit for employees.
 
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Humanities or related discipline
 CIPM membership is an added advantage
 
Skills & Competency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, counseling, negotiating and report writing.
Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and Pension Act.
CIPM membership.
Demonstrated competence in conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
Well-developed organizational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and control own workload.
Ability to contribute towards the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the organization.
Well-developed computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment and ERP solutions.
Must reside in Lagos
