Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing
Develop the Marketing and Sales strategies, sales plans and profit targets for the company. Manage all Departmental Heads, Line Managers with an oversite role on activities tasks and reports. Ensure deliverables from the Departmental Heads fit into overall strategy plans. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the Sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales report. Maintain sales volumes, establish and adjust selling price by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand. Responsible for managing and overseeing the Sales team to demonstrate the ability to meet specified targets within a given time frame. Develop a yearly sales and marketing budget with inputs from all allied departments. Oversite on social media platforms and online marketing. Oversee marketing communication, brand communication and public relations. Understand market trends and develop intelligence to support marketing, brand communication and public relations.
