Job Title: Commercial Leadership Program - Distributed Power
Role Summary, Purpose
The Commercial Leadership Program CLP at GE Power & Water develops sales and commercial leaders through challenging rotational assignments and a rigorous training curriculum. CLP prepares its members for off-program placement in challenging commercial roles by providing the opportunity to learn about GE Power & Water’s products and customers, while also making significant contributions to the business.
As a member of the Commercial Leadership Progam you will develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role you will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
The Commercial Leadership Program CLP seeks to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talent through a dynamic sales curriculum that promotes the specialized knowledge and skills inherent to GE’s future sales leaders
Leveraging GE’s boundaryless selling environment, the Program offers a framework where Members can harness their outstanding communication, leadership, and technical skills to develop and demonstrate an understanding of quality customer partnerships
Reaching beyond the simple selling of products and services, Program graduates master the ability to provide wing-to-wing solutions and add value for both GE and its customers
CLP offers three to four six-month rotational assignments advanced sales training, business and leadership courses, mentoring and career planning during two years
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
At least 3 additional years experience in sales, marketing or customer support
Geographic mobility - Relevant work permit or work authorization required
A valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate will be required.
Must have valid authorization to work full-time without any restriction in Nigeria
