the need for 3 Montessori teachers in the school
Job Purpose: Work with the pre-school
development of children using the theories and
practices of Dr. Maria Montessori. Responsibilities
include the general supervision and management
of the class.
Requirements: Must have a warm and friendly
personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs
of others, be able to relate well to children, and
be willing to fulfil responsibilities in accordance
with Montessori philosophy. Must be an adult and
meet the requirements of the licensing agencies
and / or accreditation organisations.

Keys responsibilities and accountabilities:
Instruct students in academic subjects using a
variety of techniques such as phonetics,
multisensory learning, and repetition to reinforce
learning and to meet students' varying needs and

skills, language, cognition, and memory.

teacher assistants and volunteers.
Prepare and implement remedial programs for
students requiring extra help.
Administer tests to help determine children's
developmental levels, needs, and potential.
Perform administrative duties such as hall and
cafeteria monitoring, and bus loading and
