Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service Initiatives: Implement and optimize customer service standards and operations including standardization of procedures, appropriate issues routing process and customer representative training. Lead customer experience while developing key metrics and models to grow and measure happiness.
Online Store Performance Reporting: Responsible for the setup and implementation of weekly/monthly operational key performance indicators and customer surveys.
Operations Team Management: Manage team to ensure all asconal customer service operations are maintained and continually enhanced.
Project Management: Act as project lead on operational initiatives with service providers. Introduce ideas and innovations to maintain a competitive edge as well as participate in other company-wide initiatives.

Position Requirements:
What skills you need to bring to the table:
Passion for and understanding of e-commerce industry.
Some experience with eCommerce Operations.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, organized, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently with all asconal stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
Direct experience managing teams and processes.
Possesses an understanding of the trends, needs, innovations, and pace of the eCommerce industry.
Excellent project management and analytical skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Fun, energetic and collaborative personality with self-starter approach to work – with a deep curiosity for learning./

Qualification:
A Degree or HND in any field
