A new generation financial institute with her head office at Lagos Mainland ,Lagos is expanding her services in new branches and therefore looking forward to absorb reliable, competent and good looking applicants to serve as customer service representatives.
A customer service representative interacts with a company’s customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. In addition, they deal with and help resolve any customer complaints. For instance, a customer representative may assist you in opening an account or help you to resolve a problem if you cannot access your account or if your order never arrived. Usually, customer service representatives gather their information via a telephone call.
Handling Problems
Customer inquiries often involve some form of complaint that the customer service representative must handle in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies. Sometimes, the representatives may attempt to solve the problems or at least propose some solutions.
Customer service representatives may also be authorized to send customers their replacement products or reverse erroneous fees. They may function like gatekeepers, getting information on the problem and passing it along to someone else to solve.
Customer service representatives must make sure first that the complaints made are valid and must do whatever they can--within the bounds of their authority--to make sure the customer is satisfied when he hangs up the phone.
A customer service representative is the first contact in the banking hall and is expected to possess high level of customer relationship services.
Applicants will be Issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Greet customers entering establishments.
Information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.
Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
File and maintain records.
Analyze data to determine answers to questions from customers or members of the public.
Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents
• Applicants must have minimum of BSc / HND in a related discipline
• Applicants must be between 20-29 years
• Applicants must be a team player.
• Applicants must have positive attitude
• Applicants must have good command of English language, one local language and Pidgin English
