Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities will include the overall management of the front desk of the company by answering incoming telephone calls, directing clients to the appropriate persons within the Firm,
• Placing calls on behalf of members of the Firm,
• Receiving clients and generally managing the front office,
• Answering questions relating to the company products and services and directing them to appropriate person within the company.
• Managing company's diary, scheduling appointment on behalf of members of the Firm, typing correspondence.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Filing and management of customers data
• Prepare reports; handle special projects and assignments as required.
• Perform administrative support tasks.
• Sending emails and attending to enquiries

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Degree in social sciences or any relevant field
• 1-3 years’ work experience
• Experience in Travel Industry will be an advantage but not compulsory
• Attentive to details and have excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills
• Good usage of internet & email.
• Should be good looking
• Must be ready to resume immediately.
