JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

.Maintains and organized the diary of the Confectioner;
·Assist Confectioner in managing output, workflow and office deadlines;
·meetings, attends meetings with Confectioner when required and takes notes during the meeting;
·Sends meeting summary to clients and follow up documents as required;
·Works with Confectioner in preparing presentations to prospective clients and may be required to make such presentations;
· Works closely with Confectioner in developing menu by providing administrative support;
· Works closely with Confectioner in designing training programs related to the confectionery for both internal and external customers;
· Responsible for setting up the confectionery and bringing the creative ideas to live;
· Taking calls for confectionery orders, logging them in physically and electronically. Follows up with bakery department to ensure orders meet customer’s request;
· Screens calls, takes messages and communicates information to Confectioner;
·Tracks and manages inventory to ensure that supplies are always available when required;
·Liaises and manages vendors in tracking and picking up orders,
·Responsible for building a comprehensive vendor list and manages vendor registration;
·Verifies supplies received by checking for quantity and quality. Tracks and facilitates vendor payments;
·Provides human resource administrative support by coordinating and managing employee request such as leave, healthcare, attendance and assist with disciplinary actions;
·Ensures properly filing system is in place;
·Develops administrative policies for the confectionery;
·Responsible for preparing invoices and issuing receipts to customers;
·Provides other general administrative support and personal support to the Confectioner.

EDUCATION:
·Bachelors degree in Social Sciences or related field from a reputable University
