Manage office front line support.

Maintain a safe, clean, and QSR compliant facility. This includes coordinating janitorial and other building services in addition to resolving safety hazards. May act as safety team leader.

Coordinate the timely, efficient, and cost-effective repair and maintenance of all office equipment including fax, telephone and voice mail systems, copiers, and computer network.

Process expense reports, check requests, and interface with A/P related activities with financial consultants.

Communicate regularly with the employee population regarding relevant facilities issues.

Provide ongoing support to the General Manager, Marketing VP and Sr Director, Atherectomy Operations, as well as provide miscellaneous administrative support to other personnel on an as needed basis.

Support Purchasing, including drafting and sending POs as required

Prepare necessary documentation for shipping

Determine proper shipping methods and costs

Document Control Responsibilities for Volcano AtheroMed Quality System-process change orders (ECO's) and update documents, and controlled document locations

Document control responsibilities including regulatory filing(s) and clinical study material.

Perform other duties as assigned

We are looking for


Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability

Minimum 3 years related experience in office and facilities management

Working experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PPT

Support, assist, and perform A/P and related activities

Outlook Agenda Management

Organization (and hosting) of meetings and (video) conferences

Processing and prioritizing mail distribution

General administrative tasks

Managing office supplies

Ability to create draft letters/mails/ office documents/meeting.
