Job Responsibilities:
Must be responsible for forwarding information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence
Undertake general administrative duties including:
General word processing
Filing, copying and faxing
Collation and distribution of minutes, reports and other documents
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and general emails
Ordering of equipment, materials and office supplies
Taking Minutes for Board meetings, team meetings and other meetings as required
Serves customers by backing-up receptionist; answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming customer orders, keeping customers informed of order status
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Minimum of OND in: Business Administration, Management, Office management
At least 2-4years of experience as an office assistant, receptionist or data entry clerk
Must be a team player
Outstanding writing, editing, data entry, and proofreading skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must pay attention to details
Must have time management skills
Must have extensive knowledge of Secretarial and document control
