We are an established and growing company established over 25years ago with active presence in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kebbi, Ondo and other Northern and Eastern states of the country, the Company’s has a total staff strength of over 50 full time staff, 50 contract staff (site personnel) and 5 expatriates.
Our Company is seeking for a dynamic, ambitious and self-driven individual to work as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
Provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director;
Support the Managing Director in developing business objectives and follow up on transactions;
Prepare detailed operating and financial reports in support of strategic issues relating to the office of the Managing Director;
Assist the Managing Director in developing, planning and executing company-wide, and or office-wide communications and events;
Prepare briefing and updates for Managing Director on relevant issues and activities; identify issues, develop contingencies and suggest remedies;
Conduct research (internet and site visits) and handle statutory and legal issues;
Manages the Managing Director’s dairy and schedule appointments accordingly;
Create agendas, establishes priorities and is responsible for the timely preparation and presentation of materials for all key internal meetings involving the Managing Director;
Responsible for day-to-day management of the Managing Directors’ office to ensure appropriate time utilization in relationship to external and internal requirements;
Manage and secure institutional documents and files through hard and electronic documentation, filing processes for referral purposes;
Liaise with travel agents to prepare travel itinerary for international/local meetings while making other necessary visa and travel arrangements;
Attend meetings with and on behalf of the Managing Director, take coherent minutes and produce high quality documentation;
Assist the Managing Director with general business and personal issues and perform other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director

Qualification/Requirements
A male/Female candidate with a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in any discipline with 2 years post NYSC working experience;
He must be highly organized, able to drive a car, take initiative, multi-task, manage a large workload, and deliver high quality work within very tight timelines;
Excellent spoken English, ability to write with fluidity and impeccable poise;
Candidate must have working knowledge of MS office tools, and must be knowledgeable in the use of new and old media technologies and internet;
Candidate must have a clear analytical mind with great mental and physical stamina to work as extensive travel shall be part of the job;
Candidate must be willing and ready to work long hours including weekends
