We seek for immediate employment an assistant administrator for the effective and efficient operations of the business.

Responsibilities include;

§ Coordinates business procedures

§ Provide information to both internal and external enquires

§ Generate and maintains computer and manual filing system of business transactions

§ Operate /maintain the use of all machinery within the business premise and supervise repairs when required
§ Provide necessary information about the organization; such as services rendered.
§ Transmit information or documents to clients using mails.
§ Ensures the business premise is neat at all times.
§ Schedule, maintain and update appointment calendars for all external job


Requirements:

§ MUST reside within Lagos.
§ Ability to speak, listen and write in clear, thorough, respectful and timely manner.
§ Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationship with both internal and external clients.
