A consulting firm based in the heart of Ikeja, Lagos seeks a hard working and energetic individual who would be responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
The main job responsibilities would be to:
Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff.
Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
Design and implement office policies and procedures.
Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures.
Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
handle customer inquiries and complaints
Key competencies are:
Communication skills
Problem analysis and assessment
Judgment and problem solving
Decision making
Planning and organizing
Work and time management
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
A degree in social sciences, a car or living close to the Ikeja area would be advantageous.

Minimum Qualification
Bsc, Ond / Hnd.
Preferred Years of Experience
2 -7 years
