Responsibilities:
You are to bring in customers to the place on a weekly basis a minimum of which will be communicated to you.
You are to dress in a manner which is decent and professional manner befitting the atmosphere and class and in line with the requirements of Management.
You are to ensure that at all times you keep the place safe and secure, ensure that you take no steps which will jeopardize the safety and security of the place and ensure that the other staffs of the place do not do anything which will jeopardize the safety and security of the place.
You are to ensure that the staff use the equipment/property in an economic and orderly fashion exercising all reasonable care and skill to ensure that the equipment/property is/are not lost, damaged, broken or stolen or wasted (where applicable).
You are to ensure that the staff do not damage and/or steal any property of each other or of the customers
You are to satisfactorily account to Management the state and location of all equipment/property. The list of the equipment/property, as updated from time to time by Management.
You are required to supervise the staff responsible for cleaning the place and its facilities and ensure that the staff carries out his/her responsibilities in an orderly manner, efficiently, effectively and satisfactorily.
You are required to ensure that facilities are neat, clean and tidy at all times.
You are to conduct yourself in a respectful manner to all customers, and required not to engage in a disruptive, illegal, unruly, uncouth, immoral or wayward manner (which includes without limitation fighting, swearing, cursing or shouting) in the environs and shall not cause or encourage others to engage in such behavior.
You are to ensure that all the staff conduct themselves in a respectful manner to all customers, and do not whilst at the environs behave in a disruptive, illegal, unruly, uncouth, immoral or wayward manner (which includes without limitation fighting, swearing, cursing or shouting) or encourage others to engage in such behavior in the environs.
You shall be required to enforce the above mentioned fine on staff that breach this provision and remit the fine back to Management.
You shall also be required to inform Management of staff who breach this provision.
You are to monitor the staff to ensure that they dress in a decent and professional manner befitting the atmosphere and class and in line with the requirements of Management.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of HND, Bsc.
1-3 years working experience in sale Management.
Professional Qualification in Management or related field is an added advantage.
