WAREHOUSE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
The warehouse manager shall be responsible for supervising every task that goes on in the warehouse such as;
Having a good knowledge in logistics and distribution of goods.
The warehouse manager will also meet with the sales team to place orders and maintain inventory objectives.
Must have managerial, good team work and leadership skills.

QUALIFICATION
B.Sc in Purchasing & Supply or its equivalent.
The applicant must be computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel package.
A good knowledge of S.A.P software would be an added advantage.
Not more than 45 years of age.


ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidate will report to the Chief Engineer, will implement scheduled electrical maintenance of production equipment in line with company standards.
He will ensure availability of spare parts required for electrical maintenance; manage maintenance cost as well as on the job training of maintenance technicians.

QUALIFICATIONS
B.Sc/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
In-depth knowledge of plc and inverters is very essential.
Age not more than 35 years.


ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

JOB DESCRIPTION
Reports to the Electrical Engineer. The prospective candidate should have hands on exposure in maintenance of pharmaceutical machines and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS
OND minimum qualification from accredited polytechnic.
Not more than 30 years.
Candidates who cannot read and interpret circuit diagram need not apply.


LABORATORY ANALYST

QUALIFICATIONS
HND Lab Science Tech or B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Analytical Chemistry will be an advantage.


IN-PROCESS OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS
HND Lab Science Tech with a minimum of one year experience in an In-Process Laboratory of a pharmaceutical company.
Computer knowledge is an advantage.
Candidates for this position should not be more than 28 years.


MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES

QUALIFICATIONS
The required candidates should possess a degree in Biomedical sciences from a reputable University.
Candidates should not be more than 35 years old with a valid driving license.
The candidates must be a registered member of Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria.


SECURITY GUARD

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should possess a minimum of O.N.D
Applicants should have 2 impeccable references.


ACCOUNTING OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS
OND/HND/BSc in accounting or related discipline.
Applicants must be computer literate.


ADMIN SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS
The Admin supervisor will be reporting to the Admin Manager.
The right candidate for this position should possess a good degree or HND with good oral and writing skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft package will be an added advantage.


IT SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates for this position should possess HND/B.Sc Electronics/Electrical or computer related discipline.
The right candidate should have at least 3-5 years practical experience in software and hardware in a network environment, must be conversant with current tools in IT.


INTERNAL AUDITOR

QUALIFICATIONS
Suitable candidate must be an accountancy graduate with a minimum of lower credit grade, should currently be on ICAN PE 1 level.
Possess a 3 years working experience in an audit firm or in the internal audit department of a manufacturing company 30 years or less, articulate, numeric and analytical, self-starter and result oriented.


PROJECT OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION
In this key role you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service, expertise and guidance to internal / external and third parties.
The Project Officer will also be responsible for assist with major project initiatives accurately and within the given timescales.

Successful role holder will:
Strive to exceed goals and customer expectations
Demonstrate an excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate effective problem solving skills and attention to detail and be proactive towards learning.
Have previous experience of working in a regulatory and compliance environment is desirable, but not required.
Be proactive and forward thinking.
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and quality delivery within tight timescales.


SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
The ideal candidate for this job must possess a degree in the Arts or Social Sciences from a reputable university with minimum second class honours upper division.
A minimum of 2-5 years post qualification working experience in a reputable organization is required with social and interpersonal skills and must have excellent writing skills.


CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES

REQUIREMENTS
The right candidate must possess a degree in any field.
Experience in customer service and with proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages especially excel is a MUST.
Age: Not more than 35 years.


ACCOUNTS SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should possess HND or ICAN
Knowledge of computer accounting package is mandatory.
