Job Summary
Ensure strict compliance with the financial
guidelines
Ensure proper financial management and upkeep
of all financial records
Ensure proper administrative management and
upkeep of all company marketing and operational
records
Ensure proper keeping financial position of the
company monthly
Key Job Responsibilities
Assist the accountant in financial planning and
management
Carrying out payments in respect of all financial
transactions
Ensure proper keeping financial position of the
company monthly
Book hotels, flights, and other travel details for
company employees
Process travel expense reimbursement request
Petty cash disbursement
Create budget and reconciliation of accounts
Updates all marketing information on the
electronic platform
Dispatch of all mails: electronic and hard copy
Maintenance of office stationery and supplies
Maintenance of office equipment and facilities
Responsible for the production of all
administrative documents
Responsible for all filing – electronic and
hardcopy
Kitting training and consulting teams using
existing templates meeting packs
Excellent front desk and communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum BSc or HND Accounting or equivalent
Must show a minimum of 3 years’ experience in
similar job function
Knowledge of preparing booking keeping
Accounts
Must be excellent with MS Excel, MS Word
Must be personable
Must be reliable, extremely organised, and
possess good time keeping skill.
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Knowledge of modern Accounting software is
useful e.g. QuickBooks or Peachtree.
