You will generally be responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
Managing office expenditure and budget
Responsible for maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Responsible for keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Minimum of OND
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Highly organized and task oriented
Excellent critical thinking skills
Familiarity with all aspects of social media
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Strong writing and speaking skills
Ability to communicate and maintain a professional demeanour
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
