1. Applicants Performs the following tasks including
producing letters and reports, develops charts, graphs, and diagrams etc. via the computer; makes photocopies, files, distributes mail, etc.
2. Communicates in a positive and effective manner with staff, co-workers and customers and answers telephone,
3 .Applicants should also be able Maintains files and financial records.
4 .Assists with the preparation, calculation, and execution of the budget
5.Orders, distributes, and keeps an inventory of supplies
Applicants will also be engaged in executing tasks outside the office.

Applicants should have a minimum of
OND or SSCE in any related discipline.
At least 1 -2 years’ experience
Applicants must live within and around Ikeja
Excellent communication skills
Excellent computer typing skills
Must be very good in Microsoft office
Must be IT and internet savvy.
