A production company located in the heart of Lagos presently seeks the services of a serious-minded candidate to fill the vacant position in the company.
Job Description
Collect and mail correspondence
Copy information
Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation
Forward information by receiving and distributing communications
Maintain office schedule by picking-up and delivering items using automobile and running necessary errands
Serve customers by backing-up receptionist; answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of delivery status
Carry out other tasks as assigned.
Required Qualification
Minimum of OND/HND in any discipline
Possess good inter-personal relationship
Must possess good customer service
Computer-literate
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Must be Lagos-resident.
