An extreme reputable company of Droncox Nig. Ltd in manufacturing industry is now to employ new employee into the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Answer phone and transfer to the appropriate staff member/functional area, taking and distributing accurate messages, and also to coordinate messenger and courier service.
•Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail.
•Prepare outgoing mails for distribution.
•Make fax, scan and copy documents and Maintain office filling and storage system.
•Update and maintain databases, such as mailing list, contact lists, and client information.
•Retrieve information when requested.
•Monitor and maintain office supplies.
•Perform work related errands as requested, such as going to the post offices and banks
•Enhis job titlesure office Equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

•Verbal and written communication skills.
•Problem solving and ability to pay attention to details.
•Accuracy, flexibility, reliability and team work.
Qualification and Requirement:
The candidate should possess at least OND certificate in a relevant discipline and also come with Photocopy of his/her Credential,CV and two passports while coming for an interview on appropriate date schedule.
