Job Description/Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the GMD across the range of his work.
Organise meeting rooms, prepare agenda, take minutes and prepare summaries for distribution.
Maintain daily diaries of the GMD including organizing appointments and meetings.
Identify and advice the GMD of matters requiring personal and urgent attention, with associated deadlines.
Assist with coordination of special projects, exigencies and programmes, maintaining utmost secrecy and release information
as directed by the GMD.
Informing the necessary personnel about the GMD's thoughts, ideas, and decisions, and also ensuring a veritable feedback process.
Assist the GMD in managing workload and co-ordinate access to his office.
Identify and make follow-up actions arising from minutes of meetings attended as required.
Manage the GMD's travel arrangements and proactively coordinate the pre-planning of the various trips.
Occasionally travel with GMD to take notes or dictations at meetings or to provide general assistance during business trips.
Maintain the GMD office in a good condition.
Carry out other tasks/projects as assigned from time to time by the GMD

Minimum of BSc/HND in business administration, or any other management related course.
Adequate experience.
Must be computer literate.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Must be result-oriented.
Candidate must live and stay in Lagos.
