  • Dealing with customers, including handling complaints when they come to the desk.
  • Answer inquiries about company.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy.
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
  • Coordinate office activities.
  • Gather personal and insurance information.
  • Hand out employee applications.
  • Arrange appointments.
  • Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in.


  • Minimum of OND (Lower Credit Minimum) in a related discipline.
  • Work experience in the previous office settings is preferred and welcomed by the prospective employers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, to deal with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Must be a initiator in taking responsibilities.
  • Must have skills in setting priority and managing work pressures.
  • Skilled in computer related functions of MS word, excel and other software.
  • Must be familiar with the internet browsing, group messaging and e-mail programs.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience is preferred.
