Primebarcode Nigeria a reputable organization in Nigeria offering the best service in barcode printing, designs, sales of barcode scanners, inventory management services, store-keeping, warehousing. We are currently seeking to recruit young, dynamic, energetic graduates into her newly established branch in Lagos state.

The key Account Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned key Accounts, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.

*He or She will liaise between key accounts and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
*The Finance Manager will be responsible for controlling all revenue and expenses, as well as hotel inventories.
His or her mission shall principally be to keep the hotels accounts.
The financial responsibilities both internal controls as well as external expenditure must be properly recorded and handled through high integrity and honesty.
All financial related matter must be kept in accordance to internal and external regulation of the hotel and relevant authority respectively.
Responsible for the day to day organization, control, and management of the finance functions in the hotel.
Ensuring the efficient running of the purchase and sales ledgers, and cash reconciliation and banking processes.
The Finance Manager is responsible for the day-by-day-operation of the accounts department.
Below are the key responsibilities

*Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the assigned key accounts.
*Build and maintain strong, long-lasting key account relationships.
*Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key account stakeholders and executive sponsors
*Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company solutions according to customer needs and objectives
*Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
*Forecast and track key account metrics.
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate to ensure growth attainment.
*Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
*Gather information to understand the key account’s business needs.
*Identifying opportunities to capture additional sales at existing key accounts with better prices, greater volume and supplying products and services not currently purchased from the company.
*Achieve assigned sales volume & margin in designated key accounts.
*Achieve strategic customer objectives.
*Complete strategic customer account plans.
*Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
*Enlist the support of sales specialists, logistics, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
*Work closely with Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
*Preparation of bank reconciliation.
*Preparation of petty cash book.
*Tax computation, filing and processing (VAT, PAYEE etc.)
*Preparation of budget & forecast.
*Issuing of receipts & invoice for payments
*Preparation of staff payroll.
*Customer relationship management.
*Posting of financial transactions, balancing ledgers, preparation of reports and implementation financial controls.
*Maintain customers’ financial records using VDAM estate management software.
*Attend and proffer solutions to customers’ complaints received.
*Work as a part of the going concern of the company
*Assist in the preparation of the company’s financial statement.

*Degree in Marketing/Engineering or equivalent1- 2 years of account management or other relevant experience.
*Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
*Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
*Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
*PC proficiency Fluency in English is mandatory for this position.
*Posses good consultation, coordination and organizational skills.
*Thoroughness, objectivity and deadline oriented.
*Understanding of key customer relationship.
*Ability to take the initiative prioritize and multitask
*Analytic and strategic in thinking.
*Team player

Minimum of OND in any related discipline
Knowledge of Project Management and Public Relations.
Minimum of 5years work experience.
