Take food in time ,tiffin mrng 8:00am
lunch1:00pm
dinner8:00pm regularly in time.
do 30 minutes exercise in mrng ,
do walking 3-4km in evng 6:30

excersise mrng for half an hour.
in evng do walking in an open place for 5 km .early to bed & early to get up .vl keep u healthy .
