weak means internally weak or skinny?look if u r skinny then go join a gud gym nd start doing light weight exercises,making body is not a day task u have to do g it for abt 3 mnths for sm strength n increase in ur bodywt.

dnt do running as running burns ur xtra calories whch is nly gud for fat ppl

Hey guys m a personal trainer in gym..if u are asking for those who possess less body weight, then i wud suggest them dt first mke an strong will power that you have to increase your physicl stamina..once you decide 50% work for you is done...then go in apropriate gym where a trainner is available to guide..don't listen any body else...and start working out with light weight for 1 month..once your body gets habitual for work out then start increasing your weight capacity in dumbels and bars..if you consistently follow up within 6 month you will get the reslt appearing out..bt that doesn't means you should stop..jz keep going on..n for less weight guys don't run excess jz a bit necessry for warm up...n if u wanna ask anything else..contct me in my a/c here on mobofree
