DISCOVERY MEANS FINDING A SUBJECT/OBJECT WHICH IS ALREADY PRESENT IN THE WORLD, BUT HIDDEN TO WORLD.
EXAMPLE: CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS TRAVELLED AND DISCOVERD AMERICA. B4 THAT THERE WERE ONLY PRIMITIVE PEOPLE IN THAT CONTINENT. SO COLUMBUS SUCCEEDED TO EXPLORE THE LAND AND INTRODUCE IT TO MID WESTERN WORLD WHO BUILT IT LATER

NOW INVENTION IS SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN CREATED BY A MAN. WHICH WAS NOT PRESENT B4 IN ITS FINAL FORM THAT HE INVENTD IT FOR A CERTAIN CAUSE.
EXAMPLE : GRAHAMBEL INVENTED TELEPHONE

italicized textAll you need for a great invention is within yourselves!
A discovery is recognizing something that already exists for the first time, that nobody has found before,
e.g. how Christopher Columbus discovered the Americas.
An invention is creating something totally new with one’s own ideas and development. Although an invention is completely new to the world, the physical material needed for its production already exists, innovated from the ideas and experiences of the individual. Thus making inventions unique
