I do Push-ups , pull-ups ,triceps ,biceps ,crunches,planks ,lunges,chair dips and squats

I HAVE PAIR OF DUMB-BELLS. I WORK OUT ON MY UPPER ARMS AND SHOULDERS. TO MAINTAIN MUSCLE SIZE.

I DO PUSHUPS TO MAKE MY UPPER BODY STRONGER.

I STAND STRAIGHT ,THEN I BEND SIDEWAYS BOTH SIDE, THEN I BEND FRONT AND BACK, THEN I DO A VERY BRISK SIDE TWISTS.
THIS HELPS MY HIPS AND ABS TO STAY FAT-FREE.


I DRINK LOT OF WATER, AND I EAT ALL THAT WAT I LIKE. I HAVE GOOD BUILT

I do full body workout.... bench press for chest... pull ups n cable pull ups for back... barbell curl n dumbell curl ftr biceps. . One hand triceps extension , skull crushers for triceps , military press n overhead barbell press for shoulders.. weighted squats for thighs n crunchd for abs
