diet mt karo ni to problem ho jayegi food ki jagah salad n juice jyada lo n soup piyo sugar n potato km khao n exercise regular karo agar ap diet karoge to hairfall n weakness aa jayegi but once in a week fast rakh lo aur exercise boht jaruri h apni age aur weight batao to aur ache se help kr skta hu....thanks

Simple formula :
Drink hot water early morning, evening n before sleep.
Eat something 4 times after a gap of 4 hrs.
Do lil walking in d evening or aftr dinner.

Plz dont follow anything called a diet chart cause its all stupidity.

Burn more calories than you consume. It means eat less, keep urself active, dont sit. Drink more water. Eat raw vegetables for dinner. SIMPLE ,U WL SEE THE RESULT. If u were a boy u would even get six packs by folowing the above rules. So simple
