Green chillies will not split and scatter der seeds while being fried, if you prick each chilli with a fork in two or three places before frying it

To cut really thin slices of bread, dip d knife into boiling water before use

If u find a curry too salty, boil some potatoes in it. remove potatoes before serving if u find dey too salty.The curry will taste just right
